Returned just last week from our honeymoon in Tenerife. We were fortunate enough to have been able to stay at the Palacio de Isora and as we booked it through Thomson, we had all the benefits of the Sensatori package. It could not have been more perfect and it is an experience we will cherish forever. Well done to Thomson!

As a family of four, we have just returned from a two week holiday in Tenerife. We stayed at the Sensatori hotel and had a brilliant time there. The hotel is in the town of Alcala which was perfect for us. Lots of small shops and local business selling local goods, really cheap. The staff at the hotel, although very busy, were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless. As for the food, we couldn't fault it. There was always a good choice of food to choose from, and really good quality too. Would we go back. Definitely. This is a great place to stay.

Travelled with the family and stayed for a week last month. This is a fantastic hotel with excellent service and staff who always happy to help out. Everywhere is just so clean, the gardens are well maintained and the pools are spotless! They have good facilities for the children which meant our 3 year old son was kept happy. The local village is great for a walk around and there are shops and restaurants there too. Locals are friendly and helpful. We stayed all inclusive so ate at the hotel every night. We found the food and the service to be excellent, with a good choice of items on the menu. Would we go back again? Definitely.

Just returned last week from a week long stay at this Sensatori hotel. Without any shadow of a doubt, this hotel really is world class and is definitely in the same league as other top hotels we have stayed in. The attention to detail is just outstanding in just about everything you care to mention.
We found the evenings to be the most wonderful times with a relaxing chilled out atmosphere. The DJ plays chill out tunes while you sip drinks and overlook the ocean sunsets. Meals were to die for with a wide choice of food to choose from.
As far as anything negative to say, I suppose there was a lack of sunloungers at peak times but it wasn't really an issue for us.

We returned from sensatori tenerife just over a week ago. all i can say is wow this is what i call a super hotel.no problems at all when we stayed there. thete is nothing out of place, no dirt in the hotel - just immaculate.the staff cant do enough to help and the food is superb with a very varied selection and beautifully laid out.we mostly ate in the pangea restaurant but the others are also very good. market grill restaurant means you can sea the ocean when you dine which is very romantic. the local village is called Alcala and it is a good place to meet the locals and do some souvenir shopping. definitely recommend the hotel!

Last week we spent 7 wonderful days at the hotel. We have a 14 month old daughter and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.The hotel interior is very stylish, the grounds beautifully maintained and the rooms immaculate. Additionally we found the staff to be polite and helpful. We expected to pay more for our drinks than we do in the UK, but this wasn't the case. The price of drinks was more or less the same.
The hotel definitely does an excellent job of catering for everyone and if you go on holiday with the intention of enjoying yourself and not looking for anything to complain about, you are certain to have a great time. We will be taking another holiday at the hotel as soon as we can.
