Very attractive 3 bedroom villa with private heated swimming pool and sunbathing terraces situated just 50m from the sea in the picturesque village of La Caleta, and only a short walk to the nearest beach.
La Caleta, famous for its fish restaurants, has a beautiful sea front promenade lined with bars and restaurants serving traditional and international cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere with fantastic views of the ocean and the island of La Gomera from their terraces. Adeje Golf Course is 5 minutes drive away and the exclusive resort of Del Duque is only a 10 minute walk away.
The villa is very well presented, tastefully furnished, fully equipped and can comfortably sleep 6 people. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedrooms 2 and 3 have two single beds. The lounge has a large corner sofa, 42” plasma TV, British TV channels, DVD player, dining seating for 6 and patio doors giving access to pool area. The kitchen is well equipped for a self catering holiday and includes oven, hob, microwave, fridge / freezer. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Outdoors there is a wealth of sunbathing terraces and a heated swimming pool. The terrace on the first floor has a built-in barbecue, perfect for the warm evenings and there are six sun beds for relaxing and soaking up the sun. There is off road parking if you intend to hire a car.
The villa is conveniently located for a relaxing holiday and within walking distance of local shops and within easy reach of the other resorts.
Getting there: La Caleta is 20 minutes drive from Reina Sofia airport in the south of Tenerife. There are always plenty of Taxi’s outside the arrivals terminal and car hire is available inside the arrivals area.
Local attractions / activities include: Siam Park, Jungle Park, Aqualand. Coach excursions to Loro Parque, Mount Teide, plus much more. Activities include: Water sports, paragliding, sailing excursions, fishing trips, Go-karting and golf.
Notes: Changeover day is flexible. The villa is available from 2pm on arrival day until 10 am on departure day. Travel cot available at extra cost. Extra bed available on request. £50 key deposit. Linen and towels provided
Booking conditions: A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance to be paid 10 weeks prior to your arrival.
