This beautiful two bedroomed apartment is to be found on the Paradise Court complex in Torviscas Alto. Paradise Court is a small to medium sized complex only 5 minutes by Taxi from Playa de Las Americas or Los Cristianos.
The property has it's own private balcony which is bathed in sunshine for most of the day. Spectacular views over the Atlantic Ocean and the Island of La Gomera can be admired day or night.
The property consists of one double bedroom with en-suite, one twin bedroom, a w.c. / shower room, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, breakfast bar, and an open plan living room which leads to the terrace. Satellite T.V. is also included.
The on-site facilities offer convenience to guests, and include a magnificent swimming pool with pool-side bar which serves drinks and snacks during the day until early evening. You will find Bettina, a friendly receptionist on hand to answer any queries you may have. Next to the reception area there is a mini-supermarket providing a range of products. Guidance and literature regarding trips/excursions along with places of interest is also available on-site.
Puerto Colon and Torviscas are around 15 - 20 minutes walk (down hill) from the apartment and offer beaches, bars, shops, and restaurants to suit all tastes. If you choose to take a Taxi, then this will cost around 4€. The resorts of Playa Del Duque and Playa Fanabe are within easy reach, and provide a beautiful environment in which to relax. The popular Aqua Park is within easy walking distance of the apartment, and the Siam Park, and seven screen cinema which are due to open towards the end of 2007 are also close by.
Paradise Court is approximately 25 minutes drive from Tenerife South Airport and will cost around 25€ - 30€. For those hiring a car, take the TF1 motorway towards Playa de Las Americas leaving at exit 29. Specific instructions can be obtained by speaking with either Steve or Sandra prior to departure. Alternatively a private pick-up service from the airport can be arranged for you if you prefer.
The apartment is available for couples and families only. No pets please.
The apartment is available from £180 per week depending on the number of guests and the time of year.
