This beautiful apartment is situated on Yucca Park in Fanabe. The complex has 3 pools, pool bar / restaurant, sun beds, parasols, solarium, squash courts and on-site laundry. The apartment is on the 1st floor. It has a twin bedroom with French doors, full bathroom with shower over the bath, fully fitted kitchen, lounge with sofa bed, TV, DVD & stereo. French doors lead to a large, sunny balcony with table and chairs, overlooking the pool area.
The area is ideal for either a relaxing or fun packed family holiday. There is a pretty promenade for sunset strolls or for the more energetic the beach provides a good selection of water sports.

Indoors: The apartment is on the 1st floor. It has a twin bedroom with French doors, ceiling fan, fully fitted wardrobes with a safe. There is a full bathroom with a shower over the bath and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. The lounge has a sofa bed, ceiling fan, TV, DVD & stereo. French doors lead to a large, sunny balcony with table, 4 chairs and parasol overlooking the pool area.

Yucca Park is a very pretty complex. It has 3 pools (including kiddies pool) in the centre with the apartments set out around. There is a waterfall and bridge that leads to some of the apartments. There is a great well-run pool bar / restaurant that serves a good selection of food, drinks, ice-creams, etc. It is an ideal place to relax after a hard day sunbathing by the pool. Sun beds and parasols are provided. There is a solarium, squash courts and laundry on site.
Playa Fanabe, Costa Adeje is a great area with facilities to suit most tastes. The beach is very close by and has a good selection of beach and water based activities. There are shops and restaurants to suit all budgets.
Siam Park is a short free bus ride away. There is also bowling, Monkey Park and Go-Karting available. For keen golfers, there is a good selection of golf courses in the area.

How to get there: Monarch, Easyjet and Jet 2 all fly to the island and offer cheap deals. Tenerife airport is approximately 20km away from Fanabe. Taxi’s from the airport cost around 25 €. Car hire is also very cheap but it pays to shop around.
Booking Conditions: £100.00 deposit is required on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before start of rental. Please be advised that this is a private let and we therefore accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by anyone whilst staying at the apartment and we recommend that you take out suitable insurance before traveling.

The rates quoted are based on 2 people sharing for 7 nights. There is an additional charge of £30.00 per week for each additional person up to a maximum of 4. Children under 2 not requiring a bed are free. Cots can be hired.
For bookings of 4 weeks or more a discount may apply.
Changeover day is flexible. Access to the apartment on the day of arrival is 4pm. Apartment must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Smokers are welcome, but we would appreciate you use the balcony. Sorry no pets allowed.
