Here are 3 seperate fully furnished apartments which are available for holiday rental. The Ocean Park apartments are in the Torviscas area of Las Americas and as such are centrally located for all amenities.
The complex has a superb swimming pool which can be enjoyed by both children and adults alike, a pool bar, restaurant, and a supermarket is close by. With only a few minutes walk from the complex you can be on the beach or the marina at Puerto Colon enjoying a refreshing drink or soaking up the sun. Shops and restaurants are also close by and cater for almost every style and taste imaginable.
Two of the apartments are duplex type on two floors with living room, balcony, open plan kitchen and toilet. There are internal stairs to the bedroom, loft bed double at the top of the stairs, with another balcony and bathroom. The third apartment is on the fourth floor and has a large double balcony and living room with two twin sofa beds plus a bedroom with two twin beds.
All apartments have a dining area, a w.c. / shower room, a kitchen with ice box, refrigerator, hob, microwave, and oven. Satellite T.V., a DVD player with a selection of movies, a CD/radio Hi-Fi unit and a telephone for incoming calls are also included.
Each apartment has it's own private balcony which is bathed in sunshine for most of the day. Spectacular views over the Atlantic Ocean and the Torviscas area can be admired day or night.
The resorts of Playa Del Duque and Playa Fanabe are within easy reach, and provide a beautiful environment in which to relax. The popular Aqua Park is within walking distance of the apartments, and the Siam Park, and seven screen cinema which are due to open towards the end of 2006 are also close by.
Ocean Park apartments are approximately 15 minutes drive from Tenerife South Airport and will cost around 20€ by Taxi.
The apartments are available from £220 per week depending on the number of guests and the time of year.
