Here are 5 seperate fully furnished apartments which are available for holiday rental. The Los Geranios apartments are centrally located for all amenities. The complex has a wonderful heated swimming pool, pool bar, restaurant and a 24 hour reception. With only a 3 minute walk from the complex you can be on the beach or the marina at Puerto Colon enjoying a refreshing drink or soaking up the sun. Shops and restaurants are also close by catering for almost every style and taste imaginable.
Each apartment has it's own private balcony which is bathed in sunshine for most of the day. Spectacular views over the Atlantic Ocean and the marina can be admired day or night. The apartments consist of one bedroom with two single beds, a living room with sofa bed, a dining area, a w.c. / shower room, a kitchen with ice box, refrigerator, hob, microwave, and oven. Satellite T.V., a DVD player with a selection of movies, a CD/radio Hi-Fi unit and a telephone for incoming calls are also included.
Three of the apartments are on the second floor, one on the third floor and one on the sixth floor. All floors are accessible by lifts and stairs. All the apartments have a safe box, and a safety deposit box can be hired from reception for a small charge.
The resorts of Playa Del Duque and Playa Fanabe are within easy reach, and provide a beautiful environment in which to relax. The popular Aqua Park is within walking distance of the apartments, and the Siam Park, and seven screen cinema which are due to open towards the end of 2006 are also close by.
Los Geranios apartments are approximately 15 minutes drive from Tenerife South Airport and will cost around 20€ by Taxi.
The apartments are available from £220 per week depending on the number of guests and the time of year.
